This is a companion suit to Forman v. May et al., 202 So.2d 685, in which a separate decision has been rendered by us this date. For the reasons expressed therein, [690]*690the judgment appealed in the instant suit is affirmed. All costs of this appeal are assessed against the defendants-appellants.

Affirmed.
