MEMORANDUM
The officer had probable cause to believe that Myers had attempted to kidnap the girl. He had at least the following: (1) the girl gave an initial account; (2) a license plate check showed that the defendant’s car was where the offense occurred, when it occurred; (3) the defendant’s prior conduct was consistent with intense and unlawful sexual activity directed toward young girls of about the same age, and as we held in Burrell v. Mcllroy,
AFFIRMED.
