Ford v. Hill
3 N.J.L. 1044
Opinion
— The plaintiff set out a legal state of demand for S200 on a written agreement, with all the requisites to entitle him to recover §200, which he said entitled him to §100, and ho did not demand more. We do not think this regular; if the defendant had a set-off, the plaintiff should have given him credit for it, and struck abalance.
