Opinion

By the Court.

The plaintiff set out a legal state of demand for $200 on a written agreement, with all the requisites to entitle him to recover $200, which he said entitled him to $100, and he did not demand more. We do not think this regular; if thp defendant had a set-off, the plaintiff should have given him credit for it, and struck a balance.

Judgment reversed.
