RANDRY, Judge.

For the reasons set forth in Succession of Herson, La.App., 127 So.2d 61, the judgment of the trial court in favor of defendant James D. Herson and against plaintiffs herein dismissing plaintiffs’ suit is affirmed.

Affirmed.
