In an action to declare null and void a national election of a labor organization and for other relief, defendants appeal from an order denying a motion to change the place of trial from Suffolk County to New York County. Order affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Adel, Acting P. J., Wenzel, MaeCrate, Schmidt and Beldock, JJ., concur.
