Opinion

BRICKEN, J.

In this case judgment of conviction was had on September 14, 1916, and the appeal from said judgment was taken on that same date. It is here submitted on motion to 'dismiss; and, as the time for filing bill of exceptions has passed, the motion of the Attorney General to dismiss the appeal is well taken, and the appeal is, accordingly, dismissed.

Appeal dismissed.
