Opinion

This case arises out of the same accident which gave rise to the suit of Mrs. Eunice Lafleur Perrodin v. R. G. Garland et als, and was consolidated for trial with the Perrodin case with the provision that separate decrees would be entered.

For the reasons assigned in the case of Perrodin v. Garland, La. App., 37 So.2d 896 it is ordered that the judgment appealed from be and the same is hereby affirmed.
