In re: Mrs. Patricia Fontenot, Individually and as Tutrix of the Minors Vicki Leigh Montenot, Rebecca Lyn Fontenot and Amy Carol Fontenot applying for certi-orari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, Parish of Calcasieu, 271 So.2d 323.
It is ordered that the writ of review issue; that the Court of Appeal send up the record in duplicate of the case; and that counsel for plaintiff and defendant be notified.
