Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court denying relators’ motion to recuse is reversed. Judge Pro Tempore Bruno is hereby recused. See Canon 3(C) of the Code of Judicial Conduct (“[a] judge [468]*468should disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned ... ”). The case is remanded to the trial court for random reallotment to another judge.
