MEMORANDUM

BAILEY, J.

I think that the intervenors have a right to proceed in this case, although the original bill has been dismissed.

The bill in this case was not filed by the plaintiff on behalf of all parties similarly interested, and the application of plaintiff’s counsel for an attorney’s fee will be denied.
