ON CONCESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Pursuant to Appellee’s Concession of Error, the circuit court’s September 25, 2013 Final Judgment of Foreclosure is reversed and this cause is remanded to the circuit court for further proceedings.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
