Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We affirm the trial court’s summary denial of Michael Flournoy’s motion pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a). See Clayton v. State, 842 So.2d 971 (Fla. 5th DCA 2003). Consistent with Clayton, we also certify conflict with Green v. State, 839 So.2d 748 (Fla. 2d DCA 2003).

AFFIRMED.

SHARP, W„ PETERSON and PLEUS, JJ., concur.
