Opinion

The August 9, 2018, Order in this case is amended to provide that the compensation of a legal assistant for the Special Master shall be charged against and borne by the parties in such proportion as the Court may hereafter direct. The cost of printing the Special Master's Reports, and all other proper expenses, including travel expenses, shall be submitted to the Court.
