Opinion

ON REHEARING

PER CURIAM.

On authority of Florida Parole and Probation Commission v. Paige, 462 So.2d 817 (Fla.1985), we withdraw our opinion of January 16, 1985. We quash the circuit court’s grants of the writ of habeas corpus and bail, without prejudice to appellee’s right to apply to the circuit court for writ of mandamus or other appropriate relief.

GLICKSTEIN, WALDEN and BARRETT, JJ., concur.
