PER CURIAM.

The Florida Bar has notified us of the hospitalization of Charles D. Stewart under the Florida Mental Health Act.

It appearing from the Bár’s notification that Stewart is no longer hospitalized, the Bar’s suggestion that he be suspended is denied.

It is so ordered.
