Opinion
Respondent Lawrence A. Freeman petitions for leave to resign from The Florida Bar in lieu of disciplinary proceedings pursuant to rule 3-7.11 of the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar. The Florida Bar concurs.
Accordingly, respondent’s petition for leave to resign for a period of six years nunc pro tunc to May Í9, 1989, is hereby granted.
It is so ordered.
