Opinion

ORDER

The Florida Bar’s petition seeking review of the referee’s report finding the respondent not guilty of the unauthorized practice of law while suspended for the failure to pay Bar dues is denied. The Court finds that there is competent, substantial evidence in the record to support the referee’s report.

BARKETT, C.J., and OVERTON, McDonald, SHAW, KOGAN and HARDING, JJ., concur. GRIMES, J., dissents.
