Opinion
We grant the petition for certiorari upon a finding that the final summary judgment entered on the crossclaim herein was prematurely granted. We quash the final summary judgment and remand with directions to adjudicate the merits of the [50]*50complaint and counterclaim before deciding the crossclaims.
Certiorari granted.
