In re Fletcher, Milton; — Plaintiff(s); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review, supervisory and/or remedial; to the Court of Appeal, First Circuit, No. CA92 2085; Office of Worker’s Compensation Administration.

Granted. The ruling of the court of appeal is set aside. Inasmuch as the brief was filed before the appeal was dismissed as abandoned, the appeal is reinstated.
