Opinion
The appeals of these consolidated cases involve the same judgments appealed in Fleniken v. Entergy, 1999 CA 3023 c/w 1999 CA 3024. For the reasons stated in our opinion in that case, rendered this date, we. reverse the judgments herein and assess costs of these appeals against Safeway Transportation, Inc. and Zurich American Insurance of Illinois.
REVERSED.
