Opinion

TEMPLETON, Associate Justice.

The Benefield Hotel, at Texarkana, Texas, was built by J. M. Benefield. It is a three-story brick building, and is located at the junction of Broad and Maple streets. The hotel offices, dining room and kitchen are located on the first floor, and on the eastern side of the building, next to Maple Street. The balance of the first floor, on the western side of the building, fronting on Broad Street, consists of storerooms. The following diagram shows the plan of the second floor:
