Order so far as appealed from modified by denying motion of defendants, respondents, that plaintiff be required to furnish particulars as to demands 5, 9, 10, 12,16,17,18,19, 20, 21, 22 and 23 of defendants’ notice of motion, and as so modified affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements to the appellant. No opinion. The bill of particulars to be served within ten days from service of order. Present — Finch, P. J., Merrell, McAvoy, Martin and Sherman, JJ.
