Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 24, 1976, dismissed (see Matter of Aho, 39 NY2d 241, 248). Judgment of the same court, entered June 16, 1976, affirmed insofar as appealed from. Respondents are awarded one bill of costs to cover both appeals. No opinion. Damiani, J. P., Suozzi, Gulotta and O’Connor, JJ., concur.
