Opinion

Judgment and order reversed and a new trial ordered, with costs to the appellants to abide the event, unless the plaintiff stipulates to reduce the amount of the judgment rendered against both defendants to the sum of $15,186.10, the judgment against defendant Walter Winehell separately to stand; in which event the judgment as so modified is affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Settle order on notice. Present — Martin, P. J., Merrell, McAvoy, O’Malley and Untermyer, JJ.
