PER CURIAM.

The decision of the District Court of Appeal of Florida, Third District, contained in Spechler v. Van Fleet, Fla.App. 1958, 101 So.2d 157, is hereby quashed to the extent and for the reasons specifically set forth in our opinion in Van Fleet v. Lindgren, Fla., 107 So.2d 381.
