Opinion

In re: Doris C. Fleckinger applying for certiorari, or writ of review, to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Parish of Jefferson. 319 So.2d 881.

Application denied; there was no error in the Court of Appeal in the application of Johnston v. Nanney, 244 La. 959, 155 So.2d 196 (1963).

DIXON, J., is of the further opinion that R.S. 9:5661 would be unconstitutional if interpreted as applicants contend.
