PER CURIAM..

The conviction is' for unlawfully selling bay rum for beverage purposes in violation of art. 666-15(11), Vernon’s Ann.P.C.; the punishment, 30 days in jail and a fine of $100.

Th.c record on appeal contains no statement of facts or bills of exception. All proceedings appear to be regular, and nothing is presented for review.

The judgment is affirmed.
