Flathers v. First Republic Corp. of America
273 So. 2d 418
Opinion
Affirmed. See Winer v. Walo, Inc., Fla.App.1958, 105 So.2d 376. Appellant’s contention that the doctrine of res ipsa loqui-tur should apply to this trip and fall injury is unavailing. See Schott v. Pancoast Properties, Fla.1952, 57 So.2d 431; Brookshire v. Florida Bendix Co., Fla.App.1963, 153 So.2d 55.
