Opinion

Contract. On a stipulation by the parties agreeing to settlement and consenting to judgment, it was ordered that judgment for the plaintiff be entered for $30,000, such judgment being in full settlement of all claims set forth in the petition not otherwise terminated by the settlement agreement of May 29,1956.
