Opinion
We reverse the final judgment of foreclosure imposing an equitable lien superior to the first mortgage holder’s lien upon the binding authority of Rinker Materials Corp. v. Palmer First National Bank & Trust Co. of Sarasota, 361 So.2d 156 (Fla.1978), and upon a holding that the record is devoid of any evidence which would estab[15]*15lish broad misrepresentation or affirmative deception.
Reversed.
