Conviction for theft of cattle; punishment, three years in the penitentiary. The record is here without statement of facts, bills of exception, or other complaint of procedure. The indictment is in regular form, and is followed by the charge of the court, judgment, and sentence. No error appearing, the judgment will be affirmed.
