[186]*186 On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

COBB, Judge.

On authority of Ex parte Fitkin, 781 So.2d 182 (Ala.2000), we reverse the judgment of the district court and remand the cause to the Baldwin County District Court for proceedings consistent with the Alabama Supreme Court’s opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
