Action on bond; conditioned to save tbe plaintiff harmless on account of bis appointing James Reynolds bis deputy; upon a bearing in damages tbe court allowed the plaintiff all bis reasonable cost and forty shillings for each action, which bad been brought against him for said Reynolds’s default.
