Opinion

Per Curiam:

Jonathan Fisher appeals the motion court's denial of his Rule 24.035 motion for post-conviction relief asking the court to vacate his four-year sentence for class C felony stealing under the 2013 version of Section 570.030, RSMo Cum. Supp. 2013, and resentence him as a class A misdemeanor in accordance with State v. Bazell , 497 S.W.3d 263 (Mo. banc 2016). We affirm. Rule 84.16(b).
