1978, pursuant to this court’s order entered on April 13, 1978 directing the plaintiff to appear and show cause why the trial justice’s order granting defendant’s motion for summary judgment should not be affirmed.
No cause having been shown, the appeal is denied and dismissed, the judgment of the Superior Court is affirmed, and the case is remitted to the Superior Court.
