Opinion
We reverse. The trial court erred in granting NCNB National Bank’s motion to dismiss. Fisher’s complaint alleges sufficient facts to state a cause of action in negligence. See Stahl v. Metropolitan Dade County, 438 So.2d 14, 17 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
