OriNIOM OF THE COURT.

THIS case being precisely similar, in all respects, to the case of Gray vs. Gray, just decided, and from the same court, for the reasons there given, the judgment must be reversed with costs, and the verdict set aside, and the cause he remanded for new proceedings, not inconsistent with that opinion.
