Action to foreclose a mortgage on real property. Order directing the owner to attorn to the receiver and pay a reasonable rental for the occupation of a portion of the mortgaged premises, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Johnston, Taylor and Close, JJ., concur.
