Affirmed on authority of Capraro v. Lanier Business Products, Inc., 445 So.2d 719 (Fla. 4th DCA 1984), affirmed, 466 So.2d 212 (Fla.1985). This affirmance is not to be construed as a comment on the merits of any of the issues being litigated by the parties, which issues will be resolved at a final hearing.

ANSTEAD and GLICKSTEIN, JJ., concur. BARKETT, J., dissents without opinion.
