Opinion

In an action to recover on a promissory note, appellant interposed a counterclaim for damages sustained as a result of the fraud and duress alleged to have been practiced by the plaintiff. Judgment of the County Court, Westchester county, in favor of the plaintiff, in so far as appealed from, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Lazansky, P. J., Hagarty, Carswell, Adel and Close, JJ.
