In re First National Bank/Houma; — Plaintiffs); applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. CA92 1313; Parish of Lafayette, 15th Judicial District Court, Div. “A”, No. 86-0698.

Granted. Judgment of the court of appeal regarding venue is reversed. See Franques v. Evangeline Parish Police Jury, 625 So.2d 157 (1993). Case remanded to the court of appeal to rule on the merits of Sheriff Woo-ton’s appeal.
