Opinion

SAVOY, Judge.

This is a companion case to Freddie Gloston v. Milchem, Inc. et al., 234 So.2d 534 (La.App. 3 Cir.1970), decided this date. See that case for a discussion of the facts and issues of this case.

For the reasons assigned in the companion case, the judgment of the district court is affirmed. The costs of appeal are assessed one-half against plaintiff, and one-half against the defendants, Odell Vinson Oil Field Contractors, Inc., and Travelers Insurance Company.

Affirmed.
