In an action to recover for personal injuries resulting from contact between the plaintiff and the defendant’s ear, order of the Appellate Term affirming a judgment of the Municipal Court of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, which dismissed the complaint at the close of plaintiff’s evidence, unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Present — Carswell, Davis, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.
