Order unanimously reversed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, and the motion denied. Section 1443 of the Civil Practice Act does not give the court power to grant a stay under the circumstances of this ease. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Dore, JJ.
