ON REMAND FROM THE SUPREME COURT OF FLORIDA

DAMOORGIAN, C.J.

We reconsider on remand our opinion in Fetterman & Associates, P.A. v. Friedrich, 69 So.3d 965 (Fla. 4th DCA 2011), which was quashed by the Florida Supreme Court following its decision in Friedrich v. Fetterman & Associates, P.A., 137 So.3d 362 (Fla.2013). As ordered by the supreme court, we remand and direct the trial court to reinstate its original final judgment.

Reversed and Remanded.
