Orders referring issue as to compensation of plaintiff’s attorney to an official referee, and granting motion of defendants-appellants for an order directing judgment in their favor, and dismissing the complaint upon the merits, upon condition that said defendants pay to the plaintiff’s attorney the sum of $200, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Present — Martin, P. J., McAvoy, O’Malley, Townley and Glennon, JJ.
