JUDGMENT

Fernando Calderon, Appellant Appeal from the 354th District Court of Hunt County, Texas (Tr. Ct. No. 34711CR). No. 06-25-00039-CR v. Panel consists of Chief Justice Stevens and Justices van Cleef and Rambin. The State of Texas, Appellee Memorandum Opinion delivered by Justice Rambin.

As stated in the Court’s opinion of this date, we find that the appeal should be dismissed for want of jurisdiction. Therefore, we dismiss the appeal. We note that the appellant, Fernando Calderon, has adequately indicated his inability to pay costs of appeal. Therefore, we waive payment of costs.
