Petitioner raises by Petition for Writ of Error Coram Nobis, filed originally in this Court, questions which were or ought to have been raised on the direct appeal which resulted in affirmance of the judgment of conviction. Fernandez v. State, Fla.App.1964, 163 So.2d 903.

Petition dismissed.
