BY ORDER OF THE COURT:

ORDERED that appellee’s motion to dismiss appeal is granted and this appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Florida (Case No. 83-6585) is hereby dismissed. See Malone v. Costin, 410 So.2d 569 (Fla. 1st DCA 1982). Nesbitt and Gersten, JJ, concur. Baskin would deny the motion. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.130(A)(3)(c)(iii) and commentary. See eg. Nudelman v.
