Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We reverse the denial of attorney’s fees and costs in this case and remand for imposition of such costs under Florida Rule of Civil Procedure 1.442, and section 768.79, Florida Statutes (1989). See Aspen v. Bayless, 564 So.2d 1081 (Fla.1990).

Reversed.
